Heathrow Airport app

Applied Information Group has a long standing relationship with Heathrow Airport, having defined the airport’s mapping system (both online and on signage). We were approached to explore the possibilities for a Heathrow app, without being too constrained in terms of technical functionality. We focused on a series of user pain points, and designed wireframes and flows that would alleviate those pain points.
