Un coup de Dés jamais n’abolira le Hasard (Stéphane Mallarmé)

This being the first Dutch translation of the seminal French poem by Mallarmé, the challenge I faced was to respect the original expressive typography from the original first edition. I created a design which allows the reader to read the original French poem, as well as the Dutch translation – each in their own separate booklets in a nice big format. A supporting small essay by the translator completes the set, all held together in a folder.
